TransLink’s bus, train and tram network takes you all over the Gold Coast. The integrated network on the Gold Coast includes the G:link trams, Surfside Buses and Queensland Rail.
TransLink’s integrated tickets are a great way to get around. Travel on bus, train or tram with a go card or grab a go explore Gold Coast card for unlimited daily bus and tram travel.
From the Gold Coast: To get to Wet'n'Wild catch a tram, bus or train to Helensvale station and transfer to bus route TX7.
From Brisbane: To get to Wet'n'Wild catch the train to Coomera station and transfer to bus route TX7.
Getting to the theme park is easy with TX7 bus service which leaves Helensvale every 15 minutes, daily from 9:00am - 11:30am.

ATM/EFTPOS
An automatic teller machine is located inside the Surf Shop.
Lost & Found
If you've lost or found something, please visit Guest Services towards the front of the park or you can give the team a call on 07 5556 1610.
Stroller/Wheelchair hire
Free wheelchair hire with ID, book ahead with Guest Services. Standard Stroller Hire: $20, for children 6 months+, up to 15kg, under 100cm.
Parent Swap
We offer Parent Swap for families so one person rides while the other waits with the child. Then they switch without queuing again!
Electronic Lockers
Lockers are available for hire with costs ranging from $12 to $20 for a large size locker. Lockers are located throughout the park.
Accessibility
Accessibility Guide
Guests with medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities can visit Guest Services at the front of the park before accessing attractions.
