Where can I buy my Theme Parks ticket?
Guests can buy their tickets online now or via the app. Download the Village Roadshow Theme Parks app to buy and to load your entry tickets.
Who needs a ticket to enter the Theme Parks?
Anyone aged 3 years and older requires a ticket to enter any of the Theme Parks.
Are children entitled to discounted tickets?
Children from 3 - 13 years of age are eligible for a child's Single Day Pass. Children under the age of 3 can enter the park free of charge.
Who is eligible for a pensioner discount?
The Pension Rates will be available to the following guests:
Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Pension Concession Card* (PPC) which is issued to recipients of the following pension payments:
Sole Parenting Pension
Mature Aged Pension
Disability Pension
Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Seniors Card
Any person 65 years of age or older - proof of age is required
* Please note: The Pension rate is only available to the actual card holder and not other listed persons on the card. This does not include holders of Australian Health Care Cards.
Do children under 3 need a ticket?
Children under the age of 3 years old do not require a ticket to enter but must be accompanied by a paying adult. For children aged 3 and above, a ticket is required for entry.
What if my child turns 3 during our visit?
If your child is under 3 at the time of entry, they do not need a ticket. If they are 3 or older, they will require a valid ticket.
Are there special tickets for kids?
Yes, discounted single day child tickets are available for children aged 3 to 13 years. No child discounts are available on annual passes.
How much is my ticket if I am pregnant?
Wet'n'Wild offer FREE 1 day admission to expecting mothers. This is only available at the front gate and women must produce a doctors certificate and valid ID to qualify.
Can I scan my smart phone or tablet for ticket entry?
Guests are encouraged to download the Village Roadshow Theme Parks app to load their entry tickets prior entry.
I am trying to book online and my booking won't process, what do I do?
If you are having trouble booking online, please call 13 33 86 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
What day does my pass expire/is my pass still valid?
This depends on the type of pass you have.
The Single Day Book a Day Ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking.
The Single Day Flexi Ticket is a single-use ticket valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
The 3 Day Multi Park Pass is a three consecutive day pass that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.
The 5 Day Multi Park Pass is a five consecutive day pass that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.
The 7 Day Multi Park Pass is a seven consecutive day pass that is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you cannot remember when you purchased the pass, or are still unsure of what date your pass expires, please call 13 33 86 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
I have forgotten my pass at home, can I still enter?
Yes absolutely, please bring valid photo ID and present to any ticket booth at our Theme parks and we will confirm your pass details and allow entry for any valid pass.
Why do we charge guests the difference to go to a higher-priced date, but won’t refund them if they go to a lower-priced date?
As a gesture of good will, we have not implemented any amendment fees for five FREE date-changes, however we are unable to provide refunds for date-changes to lower tiers. Guests have the option to change the date of their visit up to 5 times, and we encourage them to find a date that works best for their budget.
What tickets are available for companions of guests with disabilities or special needs?
Guests who produce a Companion Card (companioncard.gov.au/) are entitled to one (1) free of charge Companion Ticket so that their companion can provide care and support during the visit. Companion tickets are available at the Front Gate Admissions booths only on presentation of the card on the day of the visit. Please refer to Conditions of Entry for further information. Guests who produce a Carer’s Card issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate on presentation of the card at the park Admission booths. Rates are available for holders of a State or Commonwealth authority's Disability Pension card at the ticket booths on the day of your visit upon card presentation. Guests with any special needs should visit Guest Services upon arrival and our friendly team will provide assistance in planning their day. All Village Roadshow Theme Parks offer parking for guests with disabilities. Limited wheelchair hire is available at all parks however during peak periods we recommend to call ahead to Guest Services to book in advance of your visit. Do you offer an industry discount?
Industry discounts are available to select Industry employees upon meeting certain criteria, please apply online here . If your request is approved, you will need to show proof of employment (a business card or letter from employer) plus photographic ID at the theme park ticket booths.
Rides & Attractions
I don't want to go on the rides, is it cheaper for me to come to Wet'n'Wild?
Unfortunately we don't offer spectator passes as we offer great attractions for all of our guests to enjoy.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer to come to Wet'n'Wild?
The pools and slides at Wet‘n’Wild are designed to be fun for people of all ages. Please be aware height and weight restrictions apply as per our website and attraction signage throughout the park. Guests with injuries or disabilities are required to visit Guest Services for accessibility. Please always follow the directions of our lifeguards , as safety is our number one priority. Children 10 years and under can enjoy the slides and shallow pool areas at Wet‘n’Wild Junior. Please remember it is always your responsibility to supervise your children.
How old do you have to be to have fun at Wet'n'Wild?
Wet'n'Wild has something for everyone! It's a place for all the family, with rides and attractions suiting a wide range of ages, interests and adventure levels. The young are just as well catered for as the young at heart.
Is the water heated in winter at Wet'n'Wild?
Seasonally, we endeavour to maintain an average temperature of 25 degrees Celsius in all pools and slides however this can vary dependant on wind chill and overnight temperatures. The Whirlpool Springs are heated to 35 degrees Celsius. Wet’n’Wild is the perfect place to make a splash all year round.
Can I use my camera/go pro on the attractions?
Cameras and Go Pros are not permitted on attractions or in pool areas for safety reasons.

Can I bring my own lunch to Wet’n’Wild?
Yes, guests with specific dietary requirements or medical conditions are welcome to bring light food and snacks prepared at home. Items such as sandwiches, fruit, and similar homemade foods are permitted. We understand the importance of accommodating individual needs and aim to support your experience while maintaining a safe environment for all guests.
Please note the following guidelines when bringing food into the park:
Commercially prepared food (such as fast food or takeaway) is not permitted.
Knives and glassware of any kind are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed, provided they are in plastic or tin containers (no glass bottles).
Eskies and coolers are permitted for storing your food and drinks, but may be subject to inspection upon entry.
These guidelines apply at Wet’n’Wild and are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
Can I hire a towel at Wet’n’Wild?
Towel hire is not available at Wet’n’Wild. We recommend bringing your own towel for the day. If you forget to pack one, towels are available for purchase at our retail outlets in the park.
Are there courtesy buses to and from Wet'n'Wild?
No, however there are a number of public buses and taxis arriving and departing regularly. Public bus services, taxis, and rideshare pick-up and drop-off are available from the Main Entrance of the park. Translink can provide details regarding bus and train transport to and from the park, including Gold Coast Surfside Bus services. Gold Coast Cabs also operate vehicles that cater for guests using wheelchairs.

Do you have lockers to store personal items at Wet'n'Wild?
Wet'n'Wild has electronic security lockers available for hire.
A standard size locker is $15 for the day and can be accessed as many times as you like. Larger size lockers are also available (limited number) but are reserved for guests to store luggage, for $25.00 for the day.
What are the opening times at Wet'n'Wild?
Wet'n'Wild is open all year round excluding Anzac Day (25 April) and Christmas Day (25 December).

Can I smoke at Wet'n'Wild?
Queensland's anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking in areas other than designated smoking areas.
Please check the Park Map for designated smoking areas.
What is the weather like and how should I dress at Wet'n'Wild?
The Gold Coast has a delightful subtropical climate. Average daytime temperature during summer (December to February) is 28 degrees Celsius. The average temperature in winter (June to August) is a very mild 21 degrees Celsius. Autumn (March to May) and spring (September to November) average daytime temperate is around 24 degrees Celsius.
Similar to when going to the beach, Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast is a place where people of all cultures and nationalities go to cool off and as such, they wear varying designs of swimwear. People are free to make their own choices regarding the type of attire they wear at the park, and we do not see it as our role to define what is regarded as appropriate swimwear. Hats and sunscreen are recommended year-round. A light jacket may be required in winter.

Where in the world is Wet'n'Wild?
Wet'n'Wild is located on the Gold Coast in the south east corner of the Australian State of Queensland.
The Gold Coast is a very popular holiday destination for Australians and overseas travellers with some of the world's safest and most beautiful beaches, international standard accommodation, world class shopping and dining, and a picturesque hinterland. It is also Australia's theme park capital, home to Sea World, Sea World Resort & Water Park, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet'n'Wild, Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country.
You can get to the Gold Coast by road, rail and air. It has its own International and Domestic Airport, with Brisbane International and Domestic Airports about and hour's away.

Village Roadshow Theme Parks would like to advise residents of private functions and after hours events that will be held throughout the year at Warner Bros. Can children visit the park on their own?
Children under the age of fourteen must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Not included in price of Wet'n'Wild admission. Leisure Lounges are not private and are in a shared space with other guests. Each booking includes two lounges and a coffee table. The area has shade sails but does also receive sunlight. Subject to availability. Limited spaces available.

FlowRider
Bookings can be made at the Wet‘n’Wild Surf Shop and Flow Booth. Charges apply to this attraction. Access to this attraction is via a ramp. Guests should have certain physical capabilities to safely enjoy this attraction. For your personal safety, you must be able to:
Transfer to and from the ride independently
Manoeuvre yourself as instructed by the team
Adhere to all operating procedures as directed by the team
Have full upper and lower body movement and coordination
Please note: Due to the nature of this attraction, expectant mothers, guests suffering from neck, back, recent surgery/ illness/injury (including casts), or any other physical limitations, that could be aggravated by sudden fierce movement, may not ride. Safety restrictions prohibit guests under 110cm tall for a bodyboard session or under 122cm for a stand-up session from experiencing this ride. No eye wear, goggles, hard or fibreglass casts, prosthesis, hats, large jewellery items, watches, necklaces, bracelets, body piercings, hair clips, clips, pins, religious or cultural ornamentation or sharp objects are permitted on this ride.

What is the difference between a Wave Pool Cabana and a Calypso Cabana at Wet'n'Wild?
Our Calypso Cabanas comfortably hold up to 6 people with seating for 4 people and offers an exclusive area in the relaxed tropical surrounds of our Calypso Beach zone. Calypso Cabanas are available over the summer season. Our Wave Pool cabanas also comfortably hold up to 6 people with seating for 4 people also include a locker and fan. In addition our Wave Pool Cabanas offer more seclusion.
Where can I get first aid at Wet'n'Wild?
First Aid is located next to Guest Services at the front of the park.
How do I book a Cabana at Wet'n'Wild?
Cabana hire can be booked in advanced by calling 133 386 or by purchasing online in advance. Same day bookings are only available at the Front Gate on a first come first serve basis.
How big is a Cabana at Wet'n'Wild?
Cabanas can comfortably hold up to 6 people with seating for 4 people.
Is Wet’n’Wild wheelchair accessible
Guests with any special needs should visit Guest Services upon arrival and our friendly team will provide assistance in planning their day. Guest Services located along the pathway to the left at entry, provide wheelchair priority access to the park. All Village Roadshow Theme Parks offer parking for guests with disabilities. Limited wheelchair hire is available at all parks, however, during peak periods we recommend calling ahead to Guest Services to book in advance of your visit.

How much does it cost to hire a stroller or wheelchair at Wet'n'Wild?
Standard Stroller
$20.00 non-refundable hire fee. The hire fees include GST and is per day or part thereof. These strollers are intended for children from 6 months of age, up to 15kg in weight and under 100cm in height.
Wheelchair
Wheelchair hire is complimentary.
A form of ID is required. A limited number of wheelchairs are available so we recommend you pre-book with Guest Services. The hire fees include GST and is per day or part thereof.
We’re Cashless
Why can’t we use cash at the park?
Wet’n’Wild is cashless, with card and digital payments only accepted at the park. This process allows for a faster, safer and more convenient experience.
Will we have to pay more with credit card fees?
There are no additional transaction fees when purchasing items at our properties via card or digital wallet.
