Opening hours change between seasons. Water slides and attractions are subject to change to enable maintenance and water slides and attractions will not operate during inclement weather conditions. Please note queue lines may close earlier to allow attractions to finish in line with park closing times.

From the Gold Coast: To get to Wet'n'Wild catch a tram, bus or train to Helensvale station and transfer to bus route TX7.
From Brisbane: To get to Wet'n'Wild catch the train to Coomera station and transfer to bus route TX7.
Getting to the theme park is easy with TX7 bus service which leaves Helensvale every 15 minutes, daily from 9:00am - 11:30am.

Lost & Found
If you've lost or found something, please visit Guest Services towards the front of the park or you can give the team a call on 07 5556 1610.
Stroller/Wheelchair hire
Free wheelchair hire with ID, book ahead with Guest Services. Standard Stroller Hire: $20, for children 6 months+, up to 15kg, under 100cm.
Parent Swap
We offer Parent Swap for families so one person rides while the other waits with the child. Then they switch without queuing again!
Electronic Lockers
Lockers are available for hire with costs ranging from $15 to $25 for a large size locker. Lockers are located throughout the park.
